🚨BIG NEWS!!🚨

Join us for a Sauna & Dip in Banagher on September 5th at 10am or 11am for FREE!

Unwind and recharge with a revitalising sauna & cold dip experience. The session will include time in the sauna followed by a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool.

We are delighted to announce that for one day only, Sept 5th, the Banagher Sauna will be supporting our Dip for Jigsaw by donating all proceeds to Jigsaw for two time slots. Places are limited so booking is essential!

While the sessions are free of charge, all participants are being asked to make a voluntary donation to Jigsaw. Every contribution big or small, will help support Jigsaws work with young people.

This event is in collaboration with Swim Ireland, Offaly Sports Partnership and Offaly County Council.

Loved Clothes Last: Clothing Repair & Sustainable Fashion Workshop

Wednesday, 2 September at 6pm in Portlaoise Library

The workshop is suitable for ages 13-18 years.

This fun, hands-on 90-minute workshop will teach teens practical clothing repair skills, including how to sew on a button and mend small holes in garments. Participants will also learn about different fabric types, clothing care, and sustainable ways to buy, share, and re-home clothes.

It's a great opportunity for young people to pick up useful life skills, save money, and make more sustainable fashion choices.

In association with , Jigsaw Offaly / Laois are inviting everyone to take the plunge for youth mental health. Dip for Jigsaw all about connection, embracing the challenge and supporting young people's mental health.

Starting at 9.30am there will be some pre dip activities, then in for a dip at 10.00am. There will also be some post dip social connection with tea/coffee and refreshments kindly supported by Offaly Local Development, The Mortello Coffee Dock and Cloghan Service Station.

This event is for ALL AGES. It's not about how long you stay in the water—it's about showing up, making memories and making a real impact together.
