Trim Womens Shed are delighted to support Meath River Rescue as some of our members take part virtually in the VHI 10km Mini Marathon. This will take place in Porchefields on May 31st at 2pm. All proceeds will go to Meath River Rescue to help them continue to do the amazing work they do.

Join Trim Womens Shed Choir along with St. Michael's and St. Mary's School choir and Enfireld Community Choir under the guidance of Eimear Crehan for a night of music to help raise funds for local teacher, Sharon Ball (Conaty) who is bravely battling an extremely rare and aggressive Stage 4 skull-based osteosarcoma.

A huge shout out to LMFM for the invitation on Wednesday a special thanks to Cabrina Conaty. Our chairperson Caroline Smith Anne Collinge discussed what a cracking committee they have driving' things forward but are open to welcoming new volunteers at their AGM on April 15th in Trim Castle Hotel at 7pm.
Also discussed was the need for our own forever home.Fundraising has already begun with this please if anyone can help Trim Women's Shed get their forever home! 🌟 We are doing our best for the women in our community & surrounding areas– "

The Day Care Centre is open each Monday and Wednesday.

The centre is located in Oldcastle Health Centre.

The day care centre provides dementia specific, person centred care to meet the needs of the person with dementia in a warm, welcoming and safe environment while providing support and stimulation.

We work with each person to ensure they feel comfortable and supported and their individual needs are met as far as possible. We offer a wide range of activities including: reminiscence therapy
music sessions, gentle exercises arts and crafts and personal care. The day care service includes a hot lunch & refreshments.
