T3 is a community based initiative – part of a wider international Transition Town movement – that operates as a bottom-up, local approach to preparing for the challenges of life after cheap oil, and a changing climate. Its strength lies in the opportunity it offers for local participation on a variety of levels, from power generation, and energy efficiency at one end of the scale to growing your
