October 16th is Restart a heart day, a global initiative to encourage bystander’s to learn basic CPR and increase confidence in the use of AEDs in the community.

We will be at library place on Saturday the 18th from 12-4pm if you would like to find out more ❤️

Remember anyone can save a life, it could be you❤️

AEDs are located throughout our communities, often in town & village streets, schools and community buildings or in the iconic heart of Ireland phoneboxes.

Your best AED is your nearest AED..

Find it and know how to access it in an emergency, and if you would like to learn more about AED's why not visit one of our restart a heart locations on October 16th or 17th.
