Creativity meets activity 🎨🤾🏽‍♀️🏓

Our Active Healthy Me participants recently put their creativity to work for our colouring competition, using drawings and colours to show what sport and physical activity mean to them.

We were blown away by the volume of submissions, and proud to have them displayed at our Active Disability Services Awards.

Introducing: iMoveTo 📢

🚶🏽‍♀️‍➡️Walk🧑🏽‍🦽‍➡️Roll🏃🏼‍♂️‍➡️Run

Active Disability Ireland and Athletics Ireland are thrilled to launch the pilot a new inclusive iMoveTo Programme.

Designed to support participation, enjoyment and personal progress, the programme offers two training programmes to encourage people of all abilities to engaged in exercise that feels comfortable and achievable.

The pilot phase will be rolled out to 20 participating day services. We look forward to collaborating with service users and staff to co-create a strong programme which will be available to our Active Healthy Me network in 2027.
