This is a unique youth employment programme run and designed by Tipperary Regional Youth Service in partnership with DSP, ETB and Local Development Companies. This programme works with a group of young people who are not engaged in education training or employment. The project aims to develop a pool of young people in Tipperary Region who are job ready, therefore available to take up employment op

portunities as they arise, both now and into the future. This is achieved both through working with the young people through training, work placement and progression paths, and also through supporting local employers
