Starting fresh takes courage. Especially when your mind has been a heavy place to live lately. 🌿

When you’ve experienced mental health challenges, trying something new isn't just about a change of pace. It means facing fear, battling self-doubt, and risking discomfort. It means showing up for yourself when your energy might already be low.

But bravery doesn’t mean you aren't afraid. It means you take a deep breath, accept the trembling in your hands, and take one tiny step forward anyway.

Whether you are:
👉 Joining a new support group
👉 Trying a hobby you’ve always avoided
👉 starting here in TTN
👉 Setting a brand-new personal boundary

you are being incredibly brave. Your past struggles don't define your capacity for new beginnings. They just prove how resilient you already are.

Be gentle with yourself today. Start small. A tiny step is still a step forward. 🤍

Wow! What a fantastic day we had in Glendalough yesterday. From hearing about the Monastic city to the spectacular views, games on the green and not to mention the Irish picnic , a great day out was had by all. Well worth a visit 💜

stars guard the edges of every dream, soft little lanterns stitched
in the seams.

They hang above the breaking night, tiny reminders to keep your light.

Because even darkness has to bend when brave small fires refuse to end.

Thanks to
for this beautiful poem ✨️🙌✨️

🤍 A soft reminder for your heavy heart today…

Have you ever noticed at times that you can be mad at yourself for being tired or punishing yourself for struggling with things that feel like they should be easy.

Your mind is carrying a lot right now. It is okay if you don't have the energy to do it all.

It is safe to let go of the pressure today:

A quiet, restful day is not a wasted day.

It is okay if all you did today was breathe.

You do not have to earn your right to rest.

Your value stays the same, even on your hardest days.

If your finding it difficult to offer yourself love today, try to be gentle with yourself instead? You don’t have to fix everything right now.

Take a deep breath and let your shoulders drop. You are doing okay. 🌾

True progress comes from staying on the right path, not from rushing.

Listen to your body: Stay in the zone that feels challenging but manageable.

Be patient: Lasting strength takes time to grow.

Focus on you: Your journey belongs to you, not anyone else.

Take a deep breath and keep moving forward with purpose. You are exactly where you need to be.😊🌱

DRIVE YOUR ANXIETY

The thing about anxiety is that it feeds on itself. The more anxious you are, the more anxious you get. The fear of that heightening is so very real, it escalates the growth even further. Until you are completely and utterly overwhelmed. No longer in charge of your vehicle. The anxiety is driving now. And the only thing you can do, to stop the take-over, is to remove the food source. To sit down, breathe in, breathe out, again, AGAIN. Remind the body that you are the master. You belong in the driver’s seat. Remind your body that you have the power over your lungs, your life-givers. They move to your command. And anxiety is just an unwanted guest that you can relegate to the backseat once more, where it belongs. Drive your anxiety – do not let it drive you.
