A Page to highlight the work we do providing a 24/7 full-time fire, rescue and ambulance service to the citizens and visitors of the City and County. The station is manned full-time 24/7 by a four watch system comprising of A,B,C &D watches. All Firefighters in Dublin are also operational paramedics and are dual role. That is they rotate between Fire and ambulance duties.

Some very disturbing scenes from the European Championships today with a player undergoing CPR on the pitch.

The fact that Christian Eriksen is stable in hospital has a lot to do with him very quickly getting CPR and early defibrillation.

What this demonstrates is that we should all

✅ Learn CPR
✅ Find out where your nearest defib is to your home and at work
✅ If needs be fundraise for a defibrillator
✅ Be prepared to carry out CPR and use a defib
