We had a wonderful morning in the Community Garden, gathering leaves and learning how to set up our leaf cages. We also shared and planted some winter seeds. Followed of course with tea, chat and some yummy goodies.

We had a fabulous morning in the garden yesterday. Lots of work done on the beds, followed by chat and tea as usual.

We had a lovely visit from children in Thornleigh ETNS this morning. They enjoyed finding the fairy doors, looking at the colours of the flowers, smelling the herbs, and touching the different leaves.
They loved the painted flowers board made for the garden by Swords Women's Shed.

A beautiful morning in the garden. Lots of colour and plenty of work done. As usual followed by tea and chat.

Q. How do we support pollinators-biodiversity on our business site in Autumn - through ornamental planting?
A. Choose spring bulbs from the AIPP's Top Ten guide such as Crocus and plant them between September and November before the hard frost. https://tinyurl.com/46ysaw4a
