I.T. Sligo Aikido Club Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art. The club focuses on the basics and practical self-defense. No experience needed so beginners are welcome!

Classes are on every Wednesday @ Knocknarea arena (upstairs); 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
