Treat yourself or a loved one..

Recently we were in a position to get our stage curtains up and running with thanks to Wasson Interiors of Sligo, their team fitted a new curtain track with a remote controlled motor. We also would like to say a big thank you to local Culfadda electrician James Conlon (JC electrical) who connected up the motor free of charge, it was very much appreciated.

🧘‍♀️✨ As the year begins to wind down, why not make a little space for yourself? 🤍

Manomaya yoga classes are a chance to slow down, stretch away the stresses of the day and find a little calm amidst the busyness of life. Think cosy vibes, gentle movement, a deep breath out and time just for YOU.

Whether you’re a regular or have been thinking about giving yoga a try, you’ll always be welcome on the mat. No experience needed, just bring yourself, a mat, a drink and a blanket. 🧦

✨ Come and move, breathe and unwind with us as we gently close out the year.

📅 Classes in Gurteen, Culfdadda, Moylough, Carrick-on-Shannon & Roscommon.

💻 Book your place at www.bookwhen.com/manomaya - you can also pay in person but please let me know to expect you 😊

I'd love to welcome you! 💚

We welcomed the judges from 'Pride of place', representatives from the Irish Public Bodies and our local councillors from Sligo County Council on friday last, the weather was glorious and a great day was had by all. They had a look at the new community hub, our community centre and the Eastern Harps grounds. We as a village group are grateful for this opportunity to promote the community centre and we wish the village well in its national nomination.
