We welcomed the judges from 'Pride of place', representatives from the Irish Public Bodies and our local councillors from Sligo County Council on friday last, the weather was glorious and a great day was had by all. They had a look at the new community hub, our community centre and the Eastern Harps grounds. We as a village group are grateful for this opportunity to promote the community centre and we wish the village well in its national nomination.

Anyone with an Epson printer which these ink cartridges are compatible with contact us here, open to reasonable offers and any proceeds can go towards Culfadda Community Defibrillator or Kieran Mc Gill (Culfadda Hospice walk on September 13th)
Please share this because someone will use them, check the code first (604XL). Printer stopped working before these got used, one black casing opened but cartridge still in seal.

Disappointed this morning to see the contents of a takeaway discarded in the carpark of Culfadda National school. This is particularly annoying as even our young people in the village seem to have pride in their area and very little littering can be seen in fairness, hard to believe someone would drive all the way from Sligo or Carrick to discard their rubbish purposely.
Have a little bit of pride in yourself and bring your rubbish home, and please dont make it someone else's problem to deal with. - Keep Culfadda tidy..
