A wet start to survivor out in Castleconnell Campsite but that didnt faze any of the scouts here bustling with excitement . Best of luck to our two teams and all the scouts here taking on the Scouting Ireland Survivor Challenge this weekend .

Delighted to see we have been successful in our Community Climate Action Fund application!

This will allow us to;
• Reduce electricity costs by installing Solar Panels
• Encourage members to cycle to meetings with a new bicycle station
• Help the public reduce single-use plastic bottles by installing a water refill station on their route to the Station

Thanks to Sixmilebridge Town Team & Clare County Council for their guidance on the application and we look forward to collaborating with Sixmilebridge Tidy Towns on this Climate Action Project!

BRAVO to all the teams at the Clare Scout County Shield this weekend . For all involved it was a great weekend. And especially well done to our two patrols Ceasers Centurions and Viking Voyagers , Ceasers Centurions came in third and Viking Voyagers Pl Zoe was awarded a well earned Scout of the camp . Thanks to all who make the event happen . Let's see what the road to The Phoenix Challenge looks like for 2026 .
