We’re back on 11th September for an exciting evening with our youth club members and guests, as we gather for a special screening of our Cruinniú na nÓg production.

This will be a wonderful opportunity for our talented young members to come together, see their work on the big screen, and experience what our audience enjoyed last June.

Doors will open at 7:00pm, with the screening and evening expected to finish by 9:00pm.

Light refreshments will be provided for our guests, and our young people have also been very kindly gifted pizza and chicken nuggets by DLR — a lovely gesture to show just how proud they are of our youth club members and the fantastic work they have achieved.

We’re really looking forward to celebrating the creativity, talent and hard work of our young people.

Is evening is all about our members but if any parent missed production or wants to join us please drop me a message so we can see if it’s possible unfortunately due to Garda vetting regulations and space it might not be possible.

I am writing to you on behalf of kilcross Youth We are currently organizing an upcoming event for our members on September 11th and are looking to borrow a set of yoga mats to facilitate the session.

Would it be possible for our club to borrow some mats for that day? We would ensure that any equipment provided is handled with care and returned to you promptly following the event.

We are delighted to share that Kilcross Youth Club has been nominated for Pride of Place 2026! 🎉
Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the judges and showcasing how our club was established, the journey we have taken together, and the many achievements we have accomplished to date.
This nomination is a reflection of the dedication, enthusiasm, and support of all our members, volunteers, families, and supporters. We would like to sincerely thank everyone who has played a part in making Kilcross Youth Club what it is today.
Together, we have created a positive community spirit and provided valuable opportunities for our young people. This recognition belongs to each and every one of you.
We are incredibly proud of how far we have come and excited about what the future holds. We can’t wait to see what else we can achieve together.

What a fantastic way to finish our Kilcross Youth Club Summer Project 2026! ☀️🎉
Our final day brought us to Clara Lara, where everyone had an amazing time. We are so proud of all our young members who were absolutely brilliant throughout the day—sticking together, looking out for one another, and making the most of every minute of fun! 💙
A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff at Clara Lara Funpark for making our visit so enjoyable, to our fantastic bus driver Rory, and of course to our amazing volunteers who gave their time and energy throughout the Summer Project.
We would also like to sincerely thank our sponsors Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and Dublin and Dún Laoghaire ETB for their continued support, which helps make opportunities like this possible for our young people.

🎬Today we headed to Movies @ Dundrum for a fantastic cinema trip to watch Toy Story 5 together.🍿

Day 3 of our Kilcross Youth Club Summer Project 2026
we visited Malahide Castle & Gardens🌳🦋
Everyone enjoyed exploring the beautiful grounds including the amazing Butterfly House to see hundreds of colourful butterflies up close. Afterwards we enjoyed a fascinating guided tour and learned all about the history of the castle and the family who lived there.

What an incredible second day of our Kilcross Youth Club Summer Project 2026! 🌊⛵
Today we headed to Dún Laoghaire for an unforgettable day of Sailing and a Rockpool Launch trip. A huge thank you to Conor, Axle, Holly, Lilly and Lucy and all the amazing team at Irish National Sailing & Powerboat School for taking such great care of us and giving our young people such a fun, safe and memorable experience. 💙
A big thank you as well to our fantastic drivers, Rob from Crosscare and Garda Jamie An Garda Síochána for getting us there and back safely.
We are so proud of all our young people, who supported and encouraged one another throughout the day and showed fantastic community spirit. A very special shout-out to Charley for going above and beyond to help everyone throughout the day – what a star! 👏⭐
