🌿 begins this Friday! 🌿
may have just wrapped up, but our landscape, its heritage and the connections running through it are with us all year round!
This fits very naturally with our work, bringing together those who live, work and recreate in the uplands, and recognising that features such as hedgerows are much more than boundaries. They connect habitats and landscapes, support farming and biodiversity, protect water and soils, build climate resilience and form an important part of our cultural heritage and sense of place.
National Hedgerow Week, a partnership between and the , celebrates these many roles and will feature articles, resources and events throughout the week.
