Some of the posters and signs home again after another successful run!

To each & everyone who contributed in any way to making this years tractor run our most successful to date raising in excess of €20,000 for our chosen charities, we offer our heartfelt thanks. Without you, this would not have been possible.
This was a year like no other for our group as we began planning to organising the run without the support, encouragement & determination of our trusted friend Stewart who had been a driving force within our group from the very beginning.
However, despite beginning to make preparations for this years event with heavy hearts, it was clear from the outset that there was a huge amount of support for proceeding with the event throughout the community & beyond which grew with every passing day as the event approached resulting with the success of last Sundays run.
To say we have been overwhelmed by the kindness & generosity we have encountered over recent weeks is an understatement, it meant a lot to us. We will forever be grateful & please God we will see you all again next year

🎉RAFFLE TONIGHT🎉

After a great weekend, we will have our draw tonight in the Knock Inn at 7.30pm. The draw will be followed by music afterwards.
There will also be tickets on sale before the draw takes place for anyone who wants some.

In memory of Stewart Davis 🕊️

Yesterday morning news broke that none of us expected to hear. Stewart Davis had sadly passed away. Stewart was one of the original members of the Knock Tractor Run Team. With his vision and deeply seated sense of community, he brought a boundless level of energy, enthusiasm and generosity to our group. He played a very important role in so many functions and fundraisers in the community including chauffeuring Santa around the village every Christmas, organising yearly fundraisers in his beloved Corbally Church and of course being very heavily involved in the Tractor Run.
He was a gentleman, the essence of a “good turn” who’s quiet generosity and dedication to the community made a lasting impact. His commitment will not be forgotten.
Our sincere condolences to his wife Olive, sons Shane and Brian, their partners, the Davis and Dann families, and to all that knew and loved Stewart.
May the countless fond memories of Stewart which will no doubt be shared, bring comfort to all who knew him.
May our friend Stewart Rest In Peace.
