Building life-saving skills for our community! ❤️

Dona completed her final instructor assessment at Hannon’s Hotel last night! She did a fantastic job and will be a huge asset to our group and the local community in the future.

A big thank you to David Stafford for overseeing the session, to our excellent students Alma, David, and Louise for all their hard work, and to the team at Hannon's Hotel for hosting us.

Want to learn life-saving skills and help your local area?
We’re always looking for new volunteers to join our group! Send us a message to find out how you can get involved. 🚑

A massive thank you to all of our incredible volunteers who turned out for our training session this evening! 🙌

Regular training is the backbone of what we do as Community First Responders. In a real emergency, every second counts. That is why we treat every practice scenario, whether practicing life-saving CPR or walking through response drills, exactly like a real-life call. Muscle memory, sharp skills, and teamwork are what allow us to be there for our community when it matters most.

We are incredibly proud of the dedication shown by our team tonight. Check out some of the action from this evening’s session! 👇

Recently, a group of CFRs from Donegal, Roscommon, Sligo, Leitrim and Cavan completed their CFR/Heartsaver Instructor course under the guidance and instruction of our Community Engagement Officers John and Liam.

Very well done to all who completed the course! Brilliant to see so many people getting involved in training the CFRs of the future 👏👏

❤️ Supporting an Outstanding Cause! 👏

As Community First Responders, we know exactly how vital public-access AEDs are for saving lives in an emergency. We are proud to get behind the upcoming Killeens Kickstart Defibrillator Fundraiser in Togher.

Whether you’re up for the 5K or the 8.5K fun run or walk, your participation and support directly helps strengthen our local chain of survival.

Please give this fantastic community initiative your full support on Saturday, July 18th in Togher.
