Buggy Buddies Programme is back for 4-weeks in Spring 2026!

🗓️ Start Date: Tuesday 21st April
⏰ Time: 11AM-12PM
📍 Location: Community Sports Park
📆 Duration: 4 weeks
💶 Cost: €20

Buggy Buddies is a physical activity programme for mothers and others to exercise in a safe environment with their babies.
The sessions will include a mix of cardio and strength exercises aimed at improving overall fitness. This includes walking/light jogging and a variety of full-body exercises. It's also a fantastic way to get out, meet other parents and build a supportive community.
