We are living in death traps due to structural and fire defects. After a 5 year battle Premier Guarantee has accepted liability to undertake a large scale remedial project but this will not resolve fire and roof issues. It is left to us, the owners to attend to both risk and fire issues to provide ourselves with a safe place to live. Meath County Council to date has received three damning structur
al reports including the serious risk report on the Fire Safety issues which was submitted to the Fire Officer & Building Regulations officer. No plan of action has been prepared to date by the County Council. The builder recently exited NAMA and secured planning permission for new developments in Meath.How can this happen! We face an uncertain future with no support from the council and government. We are now stuck in limbo - unable to leave this dangerous complex and sadly unable to stay.
