Our sustainable energy community project in Glenmalure and Ballinaclash locality.
Glenmalure Rural Energy Group are a community/voluntary group which hope to encourage the reduction and conservation of energy use in our local homes, businesses and community buildings. We also hope to explore the possibilities of renewable energy generation, micro generation, retro-fitting buildings, insulation and basically sustainable energy solutions in Glenmalure and our locality. We are a group of real life people who live locally and meet up once a month to find information, ideas and inspiration on our sustainable energy journey and we would welcome your involvement and support.
