To oppose industrial scale windfarms in or next to residential communities. KEY ISSUES:
Lack of wind turbine planning legislation to protect the community. Industrial scale windfarms do not belong in residential community areas, restrict to off-shore, large cut away bogs, and forested areas. There is no financial assessment available to support the proposals (Under-lying figures regarding job crea

tion and viability of wind energy do not make sense)

ADDITIONAL CONCERNS:
Potential impact on health from noise/low frequency sound, development of a pylon network to feed away electricity, distrust of energy companies, significant amount of spin, lack of consultation, distrust of government, lack of information, mixed messages, community disharmony, impact on property values and light shadow flicker.
