Come early to catch a moving performance from The Stradbally Community Choir.

2 days to our special Darkness into Light walk here in Portlaoise.

We have a special line-up for you this year, kicking off with the Stradbally Community Choir with some beautiful songs we got to hear last night. Josh will follow with a warm-up up and then Katelyn Cummins will lead the 5km walk.

Sherry FitzGerald Hyland Keating, Portlaoise will be selling t-shirts on the night, €8.50.

Laois Civil Defence and ESB will be directing the route and keeping us all safe. An Garda Sìochàna also.
Parking on the Dublin Road is available in the Irish Prison Service College, and St. Fintans.

Some sustenance is sponsored by The Plaza Portaoise, Killeshin Hotel, Avonmore and Midlands Prison, back at the venue after the walk.
