Wednesday 13th May, Newcastle West, The Market House, 11am

When: Wednesday 13th 2026 11am, Market House V42 Y425

Hello, How Are You? is a campaign in May about connecting with those around us and engaging in open conversations about mental health. It’s about asking the question, ‘How Are You?’ with meaning, and really listening to the response.

We will be joined by Cillian Keane (Development Officer) from Mental Health Ireland who will give a short talk called 'Conversations that Connect'.

Join us with our colleagues from West Limerick Mental Health Association and Newcastle West Women's Shed who are co-hosting this wonderful community event. A cuppa, chat and good community connection guaranteed. 😃

The Ladies of Newcastle West Women's Shed got out the knitting needles and answered the call of the HSE End of Life Care Committee for kind‑hearted knitters and crocheters to help create small knitted hearts for patients and families. These hearts are shared during some of life’s most difficult moments and offer comfort and connection.
💙 One heart stays with the patient
💙 The other is given to their family, offering a lasting comfort during bereavement
Well done Ladies 👏👏
