Publishing of Mental Health Services Survey

Chair of the Wexford Mental Health Services Working Group, Cllr. AoifeRose O'Brien, launched the Mental Health Services Survey. This survey aims to gather information relating to the experience of service users, their family and friends and Wexford people in accessing mental health supports. Speaking at the launch of the survey Cllr. O'Brien said “I am delighted to launch this survey on behalf of the Wexford Mental Health Services Working Group. The information gathered will bolster our knowledge base of the current state of mental health services, particularly crisis services, as seen through the eyes of the service users and their loved ones.”

She continued "I would encourage everyone to take part in the survey so that we can use this experience in a positive manner to provide access to better supports.”

Supported by Wexford County Council through our LCDC.

Busy beaches mean more risk - stay safe and enjoy the water responsibly this summer.

If you’re heading to the coast:
• Swim between the red and yellow flags
• Watch for rip currents - FLOAT, don’t fight
• Keep clear of boards and boats
• In an emergency call 999 / 112 or use VHF Channel 16

Warm weather can create dangerous conditions at sea, even when the water looks calm. Look out for each other and make safety your priority.

We would really appreciate if you could take a moment to show your support to nominate Annabelle's Foundation for the AIB Community €1 Million Fund ✨

Annabelle’s Foundation is on a mission to create a purpose-built respite home in Wexford for children with complex medical needs — and to grant their families a space of rest, connection and hope.

Annabelle’s Foundation is more than a building project: it’s a promise to families — that love, care and community matter; that no one should be alone in caring for a child with serious illness. By supporting this local charity, we help turn vision into home, hope into reality.

We sincerely thank you for your continued support as always! 💛
