What a day!!! 2nd place in the Irish National Band Championships for a 2nd consecutive year, and the Best Instrumentalist award for our outstanding Solo Euphonium player, Shane Smith.
We delivered a brilliant performance of our testpiece, Friendly Takeover by Oliver Waespi, to score 95 points out of 100.
Congratulations to our friends at Drogheda Brass Band for their victory, and outstanding performance in taking 1st place 👏
And congratulations to all the bands that took part in a brilliant day in Ardee 🎶

In just 8 days time, the band will be heading to Ardee to take part in the National Band Championships of Ireland once more.
We've been hard at work preparing the test-piece, and we're really looking forward to catching up with all the other bands on the day.
Do come along to the Bohemian Centre, Ardee on May 9th and lend us your support 🏆🎶

All the preparations are over, and on Saturday we head North to Fivemiletown, Co. Tyrone to compete against the best of Northern Ireland in the annual Brass in Concert Championships.

We're very excited to be heading to Co Tyrone in 2 weeks time to make our debut in this contest 🎶

That's a wrap on 2025 for us! Thanks to all our friends and families who've supported us this year. We had a hugely successful 12 months, and we can't wait to see what 2026 has in store 🎶🎺
