We are so grateful to all the families, friends, neighbours, volunteers, and especially our Residents and Respite Users who helped make the morning such a wonderful success. A special 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 for their generous donations of delicious baked goods. With the sun shining, it was a lovely morning of catching up with friends, enjoying a cup of tea and cake, and sharing plenty of smiles and conversation. What a night! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us last Thursday for the Skerries Theatre Group’s wonderful performances of Shelf Life and Mother Daughter in McHughs Venue Drogheda.

Your applause and your generosity made it an evening full of joy and community spirit.

A special word of thanks to Martine Healy and Eric Boyle for hosting such a meaningful event and to the talented cast and crew who brought two beautiful stories to life.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who made the night happen, donors, supporters, volunteers and every person who purchased a ticket.

🌟 Local Community 𝑹𝒂𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒔 €3,430 𝒐𝒏 “𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒏” Challenge in Support of Clann Mór
Recently, a remarkable group of local supporters set off on an unforgettable adventure to the Stairway to Heaven in Co. Fermanagh, all to support the work we do here at Clann Mór Residential & Respite Services.

The event was organised by Mary Burke, in partnership with Lorraine and the Pilates with Lorraine group, along with Lisa B Lynch of Extensions By Lisab & Judith Chalmers MacEneaney. Together, they filled a bus with enthusiastic walkers ready to take on the iconic boardwalk and its famous steps challenge.

Their efforts were nothing short of inspiring. The group raised an amazing €3,430, which will help us move closer to our goal of purchasing a new house to expand our services for adults with disabilities in our community.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to every walker, every donor, and everyone who helped make this day possible.

We’re really looking forward to this Thursday night as the Skerries Theatre Group take to the stage in McHughs Venue Drogheda, all in support of Clann Mór.

Two fantastic short plays, Shelf Life and Mother Daughter, promise an evening that’s intimate, witty, moving and full of heart.

This special fundraising event, hosted by former Director of Services Martine Healy and Eric Boyle, will help us continue our work supporting adults with disabilities to live their best, most independent lives in their community.

🎭 A 𝑾𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝑵𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒓𝒆 in Support of Clann Mór 💙
Former Director of Services with Clann Mór, Martine Healy and her partner Eric Boyle are hosting a special fundraising theatre night in McHughs Venue, 𝑫𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒂 𝒐𝒏 𝑻𝒉𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 14𝒕𝒉 𝒐𝒇 𝑴𝒂𝒚.

Performed by the brilliant Skerries Theatre Group, the evening features two short plays:
🎭“Shelf Life” directed by Lisa Buckley
🎭“Mother Daughter” directed by Eric Boyle

Expect an intimate, moving, witty and funny night of live performance, all in support of a cause close to our hearts.

Clann Mór is a Meath-based charity supporting adults with disabilities to live their best, most independent lives in their community. Funds raised will go toward the purchase of a new house to expand our supports.
