Mullingar Canoe Club Mullingar Canoe Club is a white-water kayaking club based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, Ireland. Mullingar Canoe Club is primarily a white-water kayaking club.

Based in Mullingar, our local river-run is on the River Inny at Ballymahon. The Inny has plenty of exciting features suitable for all abilities, and is an excellent river for introducing beginners to white water. We also paddle regularly in Co. Wicklow and around Ireland, wherever water levels are high enough! During the Summer months training takes place on Lough Owel and Canoe Polo at the Canal

Harbour in Mullingar. If the surf’s up, a surfing trip to Sligo might be on the cards. For the more adventurous, Kayaking trips to the French or Italian Alps have become a regular Club activity.
