All roads will lead to Shandonagh GAA Centre on Bank Holiday Monday May 4th where the popular lions Club Summer Cycle is taking place. Registration begins at 8am with a start time of 9 am. The 90 kms event will be of huge interest for all cyclists preparing for the various sportives over the summer months, whereas the 40kms while a little more leisurely is a great opportunity to begin an exciting summer adventure.
The route for the 90 kms sets out towards Athlone via Ballymore and out to Corr Cross where you take a left turn to Mount Temple and onto Dun Na Si Moate for the food stop.
