***Summer Night Music Event***

*** July 11th @ 9pm -- T.O. Park, V35E895****

It's that time of year again where our friend Micheal Collins brings his unbelievably talented band to T.O. Park (V35E895) for a night of brilliant music and fun!
This night, being organised by our Bluetie Mairead has been massively successful over the last few years and this year promises once again to have T.O. Park hopping!
Tea and refreshments will be served on the night. We will also have a Raffle with some great prizes on the night!

πŸ’™ BIG NEWS πŸ’™

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we are planning a Fundraising Ball Run in aid of the Mitchelstown Carmelite Lourdes Group! πŸŽ‰

This year, we’re going BLUE πŸ’™ β€” a colour that holds a very special meaning for us. Blue is proudly associated with the Carmelite Pilgrimage to Lourdes, as it represents our distinctive uniform, especially our iconic blue tie. It’s a symbol of unity, service, and the incredible journey we share each year.

Get ready for a fun-filled, high-energy event as we send hundreds of balls racing to the finish line β€” all while supporting a truly meaningful cause. Every ball makes a difference!

Stay tuned for more details on how you can get involved, sponsor a ball, or cheer us on. Let’s turn Mitchelstown blue and make this an event to remember πŸ’™βœ¨

Join the Mitchelstown Carmelite Lourdes Group – September Pilgrimage 2026

There are still limited spaces available to travel to Lourdes from the 23rd to the 28th of September this year. Financial assistance is available for those who are eligible, ensuring that as many people as possible can take part in this special journey.

The Mitchelstown Carmelite Lourdes Group is dedicated to supporting pilgrims on a deeply meaningful pilgrimage to Lourdes each year. Central to this mission are our wonderful helpers, whose compassion and generosity make the experience truly special for everyone involved.

Our helpers provide essential care, companionship, and practical support to Assisted Pilgrims throughout the journey. We offer attentive care and respite to those who are sick or have special needs, ensuring that every pilgrim can participate with dignity, comfort, and a sense of belonging. Whether it’s assisting with daily needs, offering a listening ear, or simply sharing a quiet moment of reassurance, our helpers make a lasting difference.

This spirit of kindness and service creates a strong and supportive community within the group. The pilgrimage is about more than travel β€” it is a journey of faith, connection, and shared experience.

Those who volunteer as helpers become part of a welcoming and uplifting community. Along the way, they share in moments of reflection, friendship, and joy that leave a lasting impression. Many describe the experience as deeply rewarding and enriching β€” something that stays with them long after returning home.

If you are considering travelling or volunteering, now is the time to get involved in what promises to be a truly meaningful pilgrimage.
