An Nuadha Players

Amateur Theatre group in Maynooth Co. Kildare. An Nuadha Players is a community based drama group in Maynooth, Co. We also take part in a summer production.

The group was first established in 2000 and has grown from strength to strength ever since. It is our aim to provide those in Maynooth and surrounding towns with the opportunity to take part in drama activities and a variety of shows. Each year An Nuadha Players perform a pantomime, written by our very own playwright Martin Higgins.

Are you available to join us for this year's Picnic in the Park??

Picnic in the Park is a fantastic event run by Maynooth Community Council and will take place on 21st June in the Harbour Field, Maynooth, from 2-5pm. We had a brilliant time last year and are looking forward to taking part again.

It's a great opportunity to meet our members, supporters, and other local groups/businesses, as well as to promote our group and this is where you come in!

We need volunteers to help us to hand out leaflets and promote the group on the day, so if you are available to come down, for all or part of the time, we would love to hear from you.

And that's it...auditions for Alice in Wonderland, Panto 2026, are done!!

We were delighted to see so many new faces along with lots of returning members auditioning for principal roles, core dancers, and our Children's Chorus this week. With 56 people auditioning over the three days, we are blown away by the talent we've seen. Thank you so much and well done to all of you 🌟👏 This is going to be a phenomenal show!

Thank you so much to everyone who came down to our Big Spring Quiz on the 15th of May. Your support is greatly appreciated and will go a long way towards staging Echoes from a Room.
