The fun stuff:
Our meet is 10-12 pop in and say hi 👋 we always have plenty of tea / biscuits and slings. We’re a bit of craic as well, even if I do say so myself!
The getting there stuff:
As always we are in the hall at the back of the Church of Ireland in Virginia. Enter through the gate on the roundabout and follow the driveway round the back of the church, you’ll find us there!
The boring stuff:
If you wish to rent a sling we charge a rental fee, the fee covers your use of the sling for 1 month.
The current fees are €15 for one sling and €25 for two slings.
All slings are rented from one meet and must be returned to the meet the following month. Late fees are charged where a sling is not returned on time.
Babywearing Ireland operate a “no cash handling” policy for volunteers, this means all payments are made directly to Babywearing Ireland either online or by card machine at the meet.
If possible for you, we appreciate a small contribution of €2-€5 towards running costs such as insurance, hall rental, refreshments etc.
