Hydrate: Drink water regularly, even if you do not feel thirsty. Avoid excessive alcohol and caffeine.
Time your outdoor exposure: Avoid direct sun during the hottest part of the day, typically between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.
Dress appropriately: Wear lightweight, loose-fitting clothing, apply sunscreen, and use a wide-brimmed hat.
Protect vulnerable groups: Monitor young children, older adults (over 65), and people with chronic health conditions (like diabetes or heart problems).
Keep your space cool: Close curtains/blinds in sunny rooms during the day and open windows at night when it gets cooler.
Safety check: Never leave babies, children, or pets alone in a parked car, even for a short time
