🌱 Business Spotlight – The Castle Hotel, Macroom
A heartfelt thank you to Rory Buckley and the entire team at The Castle Hotel for their incredible support of the Every Plate Counts Ireland pilot here in Macroom.
From the outset, The Castle Hotel embraced the initiative and has displayed Every Plate Counts Ireland table stands throughout the hotel to help encourage customers to take their unfinished food home instead of letting it go to waste.
Their support, along with that of all our participating businesses, is helping to create a more sustainable Macroom. Community initiatives like this are only possible because local businesses are willing to get involved, and for that I am truly grateful.
