What a truly magical weekend it’s been! A huge well done to our incredible young cast who lit up the stage with their energy, confidence, and Christmas spirit — you were absolutely fantastic. 🌟

A heartfelt thank you to all the parents, volunteers, backstage helpers, and supporters who made this show possible. Your time, encouragement, and hard work mean the world to us.

And of course, thank you to everyone who came along to support the show — your smiles, applause, and festive cheer made every performance extra special. 💛

🎭 Cast Introduction – Separate Beds 🛌

Last but certainly not least, we’re delighted to introduce Kevin Roche, who takes on the role of Arthur Marshall — the long-suffering father of the bride whose household is thrown into chaos when his estranged wife makes a sudden return! 💍😅

Kevin is a familiar face to Lismore audiences and a long-standing member of Lismore Dramatic Society. Having directed Separate Beds as well as starred in it, he’s poured his creativity, and steady hand into every part of this production.

Expect quick wit, sharp timing, and plenty of laughs as Kevin brings Arthur’s frustrations — and the family’s wedding week madness — brilliantly to life! 🎭👏

Say hello to Eileen Kiely, who takes on the role of Ivy, the Marshalls’ quick-witted housekeeper with a sharp tongue and plenty of opinions about the chaos unfolding around her!

It may be her first time performing with us, but Eileen has stepped into the role with fantastic enthusiasm and a natural sense of comedy. Her take on Ivy promises plenty of laughs and memorable moments! 👏💃

Next up, we’re delighted to introduce Helen Farrow, who joins Lismore Dramatic Society for the first time as Clare Marshall — the wife whose sudden return home throws the Marshall family into chaos before her daughter’s wedding! 💍😂

While this is Helen’s first time performing with Lismore Dramatic Society, she’s no stranger to the stage, having appeared in productions with other drama groups over the years. Her brilliant energy shines through in every scene.

We’re delighted to have Helen join the cast — and her portrayal of Clare is one you won’t want to miss! 🎭👏

🎭 Cast Introduction – Separate Beds 🛌

Meet Henry O’Keeffe, making his debut with Lismore Dramatic Society as Andy, the easygoing painter whose slow pace and cheeky remarks are enough to test anyone’s patience — especially Arthur’s! 🎨😅

Andy’s job might be to finish painting the house, but between his hilarious banter and leisurely work ethic, he ends up painting himself right into the middle of the family’s pre-wedding chaos.

We’re thrilled to have Henry join the cast this year — he brings a fantastic comedic touch and a great sense of fun to the role. Audiences are in for plenty of laughs every time Andy shuffles onto the stage! 😂
