Association of Ethnic Minorities,in Ireland Is composed of representatives of Africa and ethnic minority groups. Its members are voluntary and are fully committed to change lives of minority groups .

AEMIireland is solely run by its members ,it is there to allow ethnic minority groups to associate and be involved with all aspects of irish life,An increase in the number of Ethnic nationals in important positions would send out a message that irish community is a welcoming one,AEMI aims to be effective in creating a network whereby ethnic groups can be taught to positively change policies that h

ave impact on their lives .This could encourage and lead to an increase in number of foreign nationals in participating in community development.
