Looking to improve your fitness, build strength or get back into the gym? 🏋️‍♂️

Our Activate Strength for Men programme is designed for men aged 25–55 years, whether you're new to the gym or looking to get back into a routine!

With guidance from a qualified gym instructor, you'll:
✅ Build strength and improve fitness
✅ Increase mobility and flexibility
✅ Boost confidence in the gym
✅ Progress at your own pace in a supportive environment

🌟 Cool Movers is back! 🌟

Our Fun Fit programme helps children with disabilities, aged 5 to 12, to build strength, confidence, and coordination in FUNdamental skills, inclusive games and activities. Each week, we focus on what every child can do — encouraging movement, social connection, and lots of smiles.

🗓 When: Saturdays 11am, starts 17th October.
📍 Where: Cappamore Community Centre

💦 ASSISTANT SWIM TEACHER COURSE

ℹ We have a limited number of places available on our Assistant Swim Teacher course that is taking place during the October Mid-Term:

📆 27 Oct -30 Oct 2026
⏰ 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
📍 UL Sport Arena
💶 €370

It is a 4 full day course that educates participants to teach children and adults the skills and techniques involved in swimming.

Participants must have a good knowledge of all swim strokes and be able to swim at least 50 meters without stopping.

This course is led and certified by the Irish Water Safety.
