LYFS LYFS Local Youth & Family Service CLG are working with young people and families in Letterkenny, Gweedore and across Donegal. Charity No. CHY17338

LYFS aims to provide an inclusive needs based youth and family support service focusing on the individual and the family and targets those individuals and families who do not presently access services and are at risk and/or experiencing disadvantage. LYFS will endeavour to ensure that each individual engaged has a positive experience that will enable them to grow as a healthy individual, valued at

home and in society with a willingness to improve their circumstances and move positively into the future. LYFS operates from it's bases in Letterkenny and Gaoth Dobhair while offering support across Donegal through tailored individual work and evidence based programmes.

A fantastic day in Gaoth Dobhair FRC where community spirit was truly alive with our friends from LYFS Letterkenny joined us for a very worthy cause. Real community spirit and lots of connection.

Lots of blankets donated to Bumblealance and wooly hats to be distributed to our local schools.
While raising funds for Domestic Violence.
Thank you to everyone who called in today!!

We were honoured to be nominated by CI Tobar to raise funds to provide much needed supports in our local area for families. We had the privilege of meeting Geraldine and others from Tobar several weeks ago and they said they would love to support us.
To which we said we would be honoured and so thankful for their support.


Geraldine and the team at CI Tobar would like to invite everyone to a Coffee Morning next Tuesday 9th of June, in aid of Gaoth Dobhair FRC. These community fundraising events are always wonderfully organised and well supported, so if you can, drop in for a cuppa, catch up with friends, and help support this fantastic cause
