Unfortunately there is another major bust water pipe in the Leixlip, Celbridge and Maynooth area this morning ( Monday 27/4/26). It’s not expecteto have work on the repairs until 5 oc this afternoon. il try get a water tanker. Bernard Caldwell

This evening Monday April 20th there was a match in St Catherine's Pk and many drivers got locked in. The barrier closing time is 8pm, at least 20 cars got locked behind the Leixlip Barrier at Mill Lane at 8.50pm

It would be advisable to the organisers of such matches to make some arrangements with CSC the security company responsible for the daily closing of this barrier so as for this situation not to reoccur going forward. CSC in fairness always give 15 minutes grace but typically would not be around sitting in their vehicle 50 minutes later.
Twenty cars honking continuously is very unfair on the neighbourhood also.

Confey Cemetery Update. I've Managed to secure a Small Piece of Land Adjacent to Confey Cemetery. And I have KCC activity engaged in 2 other Larger Sites that will be needed. This will allow burials on New Plots for Approximately 2 to 3 years. Bernard Caldwell
