Thank you to all who supported our Fundraising Table Quiz last Friday night in Casey’s Bar and a good night was had by all. At the end of the night our Chairman, Francis McGowan thanked Thomas Casey who hosted the event, also thanked all who sent Donations and Raffle Prizes and especially all who came along on the night to take part, and supported this fundraiser. Francis also thanked the Ladies involved in setting the Quiz and do the correcting and he thanked Shane Kilrane who did a super job as Quizmaster. Those who sent Prizes or Donations are as follows: Frank & Mary Reynolds Plant Hire, Adrian McCaffrey, Callaghan’s Bar, Thomas Casey, Aideen & Ivan Huston, Padraig Ellis & Family, Therese & Mel Foy, Anna Butler, Don & Patricia Flynn, Lourda McGowan, Patricia Beirne, Michael Mahon & Family, Mack Crowe, Katherine Bradshaw, Josie Conboy, Geraldine & Francis McGowan.
The Winners on the night were Brian Faughnan, Mary Carroll Faughnan, Siobhan Carroll and Ryan McLoughlin. 2nd place winners were Olivia McCrann, Peter McCrann, Eoin McCrann and Patricia McLoughlin and 3rd place winners were Michael Mahon, Deirdre Mahon, David Mahon and Charles Beirne. Well done to the Winners and to all who took part.
