We’re planning some exciting new activities for children under 12 at the Glenade Resource Centre — and we’d love your input!

Thank you to all the families and friends who joined us for our indoor Easter Egg Hunt! We had a blast celebrating together, and the craft activity was a huge success! We managed to raise enough to fund further events and we're thankful for your understanding when the weather changed our plans. We hope to see you all soon for our next event. Glenade Development Association, in partnership with Leitrim Development Company, hosted a well-attended public meeting on the proposed reopening of the Arroo Trail, Co. Leitrim. Representatives from the community, landowners, Mountaineering Ireland, and Leitrim County Council participated. The meeting provided a platform for discussing concerns and frustrations about the trail, which will now be addressed by the Rural Recreation Officer. Thank you to all who attended—your feedback, both positive and negative, is greatly appreciated.
We will have a followup meeting on Wednesday 2nd April at 7.30pm in Glenade Resource Centre to look at our options and establish a Trail Management Organisation to look at the reopening of Arroo. We hope to see you there!
