โToday marks the final day of National Volunteering Week 2026, and we want to shout out a massive THANK YOU to every single person who gives up their time to make Kiltimagh the incredible, thriving community it is.
โWe are incredibly lucky in this town. No matter where you look, volunteers are driving things forward. Today we are celebrating:
โ๐ Our Emergency & Support Teams: Like our own Kiltimagh Community First Responders and local care networks.
โ๐โโ๏ธ Our Event & Tourism Heroes: The powerhouse committees behind Kiltimagh Tourism, the Race to Glory, and our local festivals who put our town on the map.
โ๐ Our Schools & Youth Champions: Groups like St. Aidan's Parents Association, the Scouts, Forรณige, and all our local sports coaches mentoring the next generation.
โ๐ณ Our Civic & Creative Groups: The Tidy Towns crew, the Men's & Women's groups, and our brilliant local arts and heritage societies.
โ...and the dozens of other committees, clubs, and quiet helpers working behind the scenes!
โVolunteering isnโt just about the work you do; itโs about the heart you bring to the community. To every individual in Kiltimagh who lends a hand, checks on a neighbour, or steps up when needed: we see you, we appreciate you, and today we celebrate you. ๐
