🚨 Could you recognise the signs of a blood clot?
Blood clots can happen to anyone and knowing the signs could save a life.
Common signs and symptoms include:
• Swelling or pain in one leg, arm or your pelvis
• Warmth or redness in one leg, arm or your pelvis
• Shortness of breath or rapid breathing
• Chest pain, particularly when breathing deeply
• Coughing or coughing up blood
• Severe headache that won't go away

If you experience symptoms of a blood clot, seek medical attention promptly. Dial 999 or 112 or present to the nearest Emergency Department.

The Parents Association of St Aidan's National School is delighted to announce details of our annual Sponsored Family Walk.
This year the walk will take place on Sunday, October 11th at 1pm

We are inviting all the children from St Aidan's, their families, and friends to join us for this fun, fundraising event.
The annual Sponsored Walk is a lovely family occasion which provides an opportunity to gather with other families from our school community and to come together for a great cause.
