So much going on in Kilteely , Tidy Towns continue to improve and upgrade. Also great work painting and upgrading of premises throughout the village , everyone showing great pride in their place. Some photos to follow

Kilteely Tidy Towns have been very busy in the last few weeks . We have added new flower boxes along the trees in front of parking lot at church. All the flower pots on church wall , school wall and in front of church have been filled with a variety of perennials. (Pictures to follow . Fear na Coillte Will Fogarty has completed the 2 sculptures, both looking amazing a wonderful addition to our village (pictures to follow ) . A lovely lady arrived arrived this week to our community garden Cluain An Fhia , “The Rose of Kilteely “ a beauty and well worth a visit . The garden is looking amazing with a variety of colourful perennials .

Kilteely Tidy Towns , continue to work hard , painting , cleaning , weeding, and preparing the flower pots and flower beds throughout the village . We continue to plant Perennials on the advice of the adjudicator of the National Tidy Towns . We were delighted to welcome Deric O Hartigan from Ireland am on Wed 23 rd of April broadcasting the weather forecast from our lovely village .It was lovely to see both schools represented , the street bar , Tom the butcher , tidy towns was represented , Norah Stokes our local representative, and was wonderful seeing residents from our community out so early . Another proud day to see our village recognised in the national stage .

Kilteely Tidy Towns continue to be busy , painting , weeding, preparing the flower pots in preparation for flowers . We are planning with advice to plant perennials in the pots on church wall and the school , also to add to the flower beds throughout the village . It was wonderful to welcome DericO Hartigan( a native Limerick man )from Ireland am , broadcasting the weather from our beautiful village, involving both schools , The Street Bar, Tom our butcher, Tidy Towns , and Nora Stokes our local representative. Every place looked amazing and for Kilteely it is all about showcasing our village and above all our community.Be proud .

We would like to thank all those in Kilteely , Cloverfield , Dromkeen who helped in the TLC 11 pickup today . Weather was not in our favour so we greatly appreciate the effort by everyone .We would also like to thank both schools ,Kilteely and Cloverfield who picked up the litter prior to Easter vacation . To those that continue and without fanfare pick up rubbish on their roads on a regular basis, we greatly appreciate it . We ask all in our community to please dispose of your rubbish in a safe manner , and do not litter .

Kilteely Tidy Towns are once again delighted to take part in Team Limerick Cleanup on Good Friday 3rd April . We would like to encourage all members of our community , Kilteely , Cloverfield , Dromkeen to take part in this event which shows pride in our place . All equipment will be available in Cill Bride and the Teach . Please follow the guidelines for safety while picking up the rubbish , do not put yourself in danger . Tea will be and hot cross buns will be available following the pickup . Greatly appreciate all those who help each year , thank you .
