Last Sunday, Nicky, Cian and Con were out providing first aid cover for a heritage walk from Charleville to Bruree, which followed former President of Ireland, Éamon de Valera‘s journey home from school.

It was a lovely day to be out, with a great group taking part and plenty of local history along the way.

What an exciting weekend at the National Downhill Championships in the Ballyhoura Mountains!

We were on duty alongside Irish Red Cross - Limerick Area over the weekend, providing first aid cover across both Saturday and Sunday. It was great to see so many riders taking on the course and to be part of such a fantastic weekend of racing!

Well done to everyone who competed, and congratulations to all of the winners. We were delighted to be there to support the event and help keep everyone safe.

We were delighted to provide first aid cover at yesterday’s Ballyhoura Hybrid Hyrox event. 🚑

On duty were Mike, Colman, Laura and Cian, supporting the event throughout the day.

Thanks to Ballyhoura Hybrid and CB Fitness for organising a great event. It was brilliant to see such a great turnout and everyone giving it their best!

We have been very busy the last few weeks with some of our crew out and about!

🚑 Nicky, Carmel, Cian, Bernie and Annemarie were out in full force during the Great Limerick Run! A lovely day during a busy weekend, Limerick showing off its full glory. What a beautiful city we have! Well done to everyone who either ran or walked the various distances!

🚑 Cian, Anne Marie, Mike and Laura (Not pictured) were at the recent Tryrox event at Glenroe GAA club! Well done to everyone who took part!

🚑 Also, not pictured, some of our crew assisted the Galbally BBQ - a very entertaining night with music provided from “The Fogues”. Well done to everyone who organised such a great event!
