Foresters Community Hall Kids Drama Group donate the proceeds of their raffle to Niall Mór NS Multiple Disabilities Class.
Sincere thanks to all the children and everyone involved in the kids drama group for thinking of our MDC and for their very kind decision to select us as the recipients of their draw. We greatly appreciate it and the funds will enable us provide additional opportunities for the wonderful pupils in our MDC.

Tune in this Sunday, 17th May as the talented children from the Foresters Community Hall Drama Group take to the airwaves with Pauric Gallagher (“Desmond’s Papa Bear” 🐻) from Owenea FM Radio

Listen live to Ordhan, Pa**ie, Leila, Aoibheann, Taylor, Maisie, Jake, Grace, and Mason as they share a little insight into their upcoming production at the Foresters Community Hall, Killybegs, on May 23rd & 24th.

A huge shout out to Owenea FM Radio, Ardara, for once again giving these young performers the wonderful opportunity to experience live radio and tell listeners all about the drama so far!

🏴‍☠️ “𝗣𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗴𝘀” 🎣

Set across past and present-day Killybegs, the play tells the story of Dutch pirates who arrived in 1623. Despite orders from the British Chief Commissioner at Donegal Castle to arrest them, the locals — true to Irish spirit — offered shelter and celebrated with the pirates for four days!

The production also highlights Killybegs’ rich heritage in fishing, carpet making, and tourism.
