Accepting a donation is only the beginning.

Revenue’s latest charity guidance reinforces just how important good reporting, accurate records and donor information can be for charitable organisations.

💶 €25 × 10 = €250

A small regular donor could be more valuable than you realise.

Under Revenue’s Charitable Donation Scheme, qualifying donations can be one payment or multiple payments totalling at least €250 in a year.

Where the donor is identifiable, provides the required authorisation and meets the scheme conditions, a qualifying €250 donation could potentially be worth €362.32 to the charity through the current 31% relief.

That’s why we believe digital giving should go beyond simply accepting a tap.
