Today saw a very wet day for farmer training on invasive species again focusing on the treatment of rhododendron ponticum as a Landscape Action under ACRES CP which is a huge issue in this area, and a key objective for our CP zone.
We were delighted to be facilitated by An SΓbΓn Winebar Lauragh who kept us warm and cosy until we had to head out to demonstrate the practical treatment.
A huge thank you also to all the farmers for their questions and engagement in spite of the weather.
