Ceann Mara Camogie Club U12s lined out against Killarney Camogie Club last Monday evening at Fr. Breen Park and they did the club proud!

Every girl played her part in an epic game, battling for every sliotar, defending, blocking, striking and scoring. Their teamwork was phenomenal, and they showcased some fantastic camogie skills throughout the match.

Thanks were paid to Kenmare Shamrocks GAA for the use of their pitch, to the parents who helped setup and stayed to support, to Bríde for refereeing, to Sarah for the treats, to mentors, Ger and Ana, for looking after everyone and to Killarney Camogie Club for making the trip and providing the girls with a competitive and enjoyable game.

The club would also like to wish our local GDA Officer, Kate Lynch, and the Kerry Camogie team the very best of luck this Saturday when they take on Derry in their final home fixture of the Intermediate Championship group stage at Lixnaw GAA Grounds, with throw-in at 3.30pm. Your support would be greatly appreciated. Tickets are available online or at the gate, and all children under 16 enjoy free entry.
