Hi, on 6th September, I'll begin one of the biggest challenges I've ever taken on – walking the Camino from Porto to Santiago, covering 270 kilometres.
This isn't just about the distance or reaching the finish line. Every step I take will be for a cause that has been part of my life and my heart for the past 24 years.
As many of you know, I've been honoured to work with Kerry Parents and Friends Association as a Social Care Worker, supporting adults with additional needs. Over the years, I've met the most incredible people who have taught me about courage, resilience, kindness and finding joy in the little things. They inspire me every single day, and this walk is my way of giving something back to them.
To everyone who has already donated, thank you. Your kindness, generosity and encouragement have truly touched me. Knowing you believe in me will help carry me through the blisters, sore legs and every challenging kilometre along the way. I will be forever grateful. ❤️🙏
If you can spare even the smallest donation, it would mean more than words can say. Every euro will help support the amazing work of Kerry Parents and Friends Association and make a real difference in the lives of the people they support.
If you're unable to donate, I'd be so grateful if you could simply share my fundraising page with your family and friends. Sometimes a share can be just as valuable as a donation.
Thank you for walking this journey with me in spirit. Together, we can make every step count, and together, we can make a difference.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you. ❤️🥾🙏
