Last Tuesday at our monthly meeting we launched our upcoming Fundraising Raffle Draw, with a chance to win this fabulous Raleigh E-Bike, kindly supplied by David O'Sullivan of O'Sullivan's Cycles who joined us on the night. Free Therapy for Men – Fully Funded Support Now Available

MyMind, in partnership with the HSE, is offering six free counselling sessions to men aged 18 years and over living in Ireland who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges.

The initiative is fully funded by the HSE as part of additional investment in men’s mental health and is now available through self-referral, meaning no GP or healthcare professional referral is required.

Support is available:
In person at MyMind’s locations across Ireland
Online via secure video sessions
