KASI provides information relevant to the needs of the client groups as well as referrals to relevant agencies. We support families in 'direct provisions' through family support. We plan, coordinate & implement various activities, such as education, health, language support, various training & information workshops, as well as social and intercultural events
We also aim to raise awareness to the c
ommunity on racism & other immigration issues. We link, liaise & network with other statutory & non statutory agencies with the client groups; enhance & complement service provisions, share & exchange best practice & contribute to policy development. And specifically, KASI provides a warm, friendly & 'homely' drop-in centre, where people can feel safe, welcome & respected. KASI is co-financed by the European Union through Asylum, Migration and Integration Funds & supported by Dept of Justice & Equality & HSE.
