💜 Autumn Support for Cancer Survivorship

ARC Cancer Support Centres have a fantastic range of free, evidence-based survivorship courses running this autumn at both Eccles Street and South Circular Road.

🌸 Empower: Cancer & Menopause – support for women experiencing menopause as a result of cancer treatment.

🌱 Cancer Thrive & Survive – practical support to regain control, manage daily life and improve quality of life after cancer treatment.

🎨 CLIMB® – a fun, creative and supportive programme helping children understand cancer and explore their feelings and worries.

💤 There will also be a special focus on sleep, with expert talks, Nidra Yoga and, for the first time at ARC, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia course.
